Frequently Asked Questions
- How far in advance should I order?
- Most brownie, cookie and dessert box orders can be baked within 1 to 2 days. Celebration cakes need at least 5 days' notice, and large catering orders are best booked 2 to 4 weeks ahead where possible.
- Do you deliver?
- Yes, delivery is available at checkout and on our catering enquiry form. Collection is also available if you'd prefer to collect your order in person.
- Can you cater for allergies and dietary requirements?
- We list full ingredients and allergen information on every product page. For catering orders, let us know your requirements in the enquiry form and we'll do our best to accommodate them.
- Do you offer custom cake designs?
- Yes, our Celebration Cake is fully customisable, and we're always happy to discuss bespoke designs for weddings and events via the catering enquiry form.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- All online orders are processed securely through Stripe, supporting all major debit and credit cards.
